While we don't offer refunds, we've got your back if life throws you a curveball. You're welcome to transfer your event date within a 3-month window, and we'll honor your original contract (just keep in mind it needs to stay under the name of the person who signed). We'll work with you to find a new date that fits both our schedules.

While we would love to share our creative balloon magic across Georgia and the U.S., our service selection area is limited. Currently, we are servicing the North Fulton, Gwinnett, Forsyth and Jefferson counties at this time. However, continue to check our website for updates related to new service areas.

Our quoted prices cover labor, supplies, and installation. However, we do not absorb credit card processing fees. To avoid the surcharge, we offer additional payment methods such as cash, Zelle, and Domestic wire transfer.

Although we are very selective with the outdoor events that we accept, we know that Mother Nature sometimes has her own plans! If we commit to offering balloon design services for your outdoor event, we will gladly prepare and complete the installation if the weather is permitting. However, we can't control unexpected weather events or natural circumstances. We do not accept liability for any damage to the design after the installation that is due to changes in the weather. We strongly suggest having a backup plan for balloon decor or considering a different date if the forecast looks iffy.

Yes, last-minute requests are welcomed and considered! However, if the request is accepted, please note that a rush fee of $150 applies. It will also depend on the scope of your balloon installation. We will determine any additional fees based on your event’s requirements.
