At Creatively Clustered Balloon Designs, we cherish making your special moments magical. We want to be upfront about our policies so we can focus on creating an amazing experience together!
While we don't offer refunds, we've got your back if life throws you a curveball. You're welcome to transfer your event date within a 3-month window, and we'll honor your original contract (just keep in mind it needs to stay under the name of the person who signed). We'll work with you to find a new date that fits both our schedules.
Although we are very selective with the outdoor events that we accept, we know that Mother Nature sometimes has her own plans! If we commit to offering balloon design services for your outdoor event, we will gladly prepare and complete the installation if the weather is permitting. However, we can't control unexpected weather events or natural circumstances. We do not accept liability for any damages to the design after the installation that is due to changes in the weather. We strongly suggest having a backup plan for balloon decor or considering a different date if the forecast looks iffy.
Think of this as our promise to be transparent with you while doing everything we can to make your event spectacular.
